We offer both wooded and open sites that can accommodate any size trailer. Each site includes a picnic table, fire ring, water, 30 or 50-amp electrical service, and many offer sewer. Groups and tent campers are welcome. Woodland Hills campground is easily accessed from Interstate 90. The campground’s private pond offers swimming, fishing, and paddle boating. Come in for the classic camp atmosphere and our camp store carries many convenience items and treats. We have three Riverside Retro trailers to rent for campers who don’t have their own rigs but who also don’t want to tent overnight, as beautiful as our wooded tent sites are! * This campground does not have cabin rentals*

Camp COVID Site 19

Named during the pandemic, Camp COVID Site 19 became our own little campground as we weren't able to go camping anywhere! This is the back half of our property, which is divided by a fence. The yard is also completely fenced in once you close the driveway gates allowing your pets to safely have free range of your spot if you wish! There is a stone driveway, which is a perfect flat spot to park your skoolie, motorhome, or vehicle! There is a creek running along the entire back side, which you can access though the gates under the Camp COVID sign. We also have a bon fire pit in the center, and fires are allowed as long as there is no burn ban in effect. We have water and electric available during summer months, but the electric is not strong enough to run an A/C unit without blowing our breaker. Water fill ups available all year if needed. There is a dump station at North South Lake State Park and Campground only minutes away in Haines Falls.

We wanted our place to be toxic free, without smart meters, wifi or lots of cell phone towers (cell reception is ok, just not perfect!) We have found that the beauty of camping is enjoying what matters most, being in nature, meeting new people, and enjoying the natural beauty of the places we visit. There is plenty of beauty in our town, and all around the area, including mountains and lakes, and theater, great restaurants, and shopping, too! Or you can just chill and cook out at your camper and enjoy swimming at the nearby lake. We hope you will check us out if you like the sound of that kind of camping experience. No bells and whistles and no city noise. Just a quiet place to enjoy nature while exploring the Beautiful Berkshires. We have a spot for your RV or tent for the summer season in the Berkshires, in MA. We are close to a town beach on a beautiful swimming and fishing lake, and many hiking trails near the Appalachian Trail, as well as all of the cultural destinations in the Berkshires. Level spaces for RVs under 30' and limited tent sites. Access to fresh water and electricity, with picnic area. We welcome indoor cats, and small, quiet dogs on leashes, but cannot host larger dogs. Beautiful partially wooded/open setting just minutes from Great Barrington, Lenox, Tanglewood, Lee Outlets, Jacob's Pillow Dance. Hosts offer additional amenities.
